Lathan Varatharajah brings almost 20 years of successful business entrepreneurship experience to the brokerage of RE/MAX. He has an education in electrical engineering technology; he is a member of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce and a partner with the Canadian Home Security Association. He is also currently a registered authority under the Financial Services Commission of Ontario Canada.
Now he is the realtor in Ontario working for RE/MAX IMPACT REALTY BROKERAGE since June 2021. He also member of Toronto Real Estate Board and licensed by Real Estate Council of Ontario.
As a Sri Lankan by heritage Lathan Varatharajah always wanted to share and give back is expertise from the Canadian real estate and mortgage financing industry to Sri Lanka, and last 4 years he has been successfully running real estate Company in Jaffna, Sri Lanka, which is RE/MAX NORTH REALTY. Since last year he have office in wattala which is Re/Max Nexus Realty. Recently he opened up RE/MAX office in Trincomalee with the goal of empowering its residents and revolutionizing the real estate market with the strongest brand of real estate sales in the world.

She has an education in advance level with accounting background. She was a Cooperative branch manager for 22 years at Tellippalai MPCS. She has lived in many countries including Switzerland, France, Germany and Norway, which has helped her to understand the different ways of doing real estate. Mr.Vijenthan Kunaradnam is currently working as an Assistant Managing Director at Re/Max North Realty. He is very experienced in the Local brokerages in Jaffna. He completed his training in Sales Marketing. He has experience in sales marketing at V-Care. He has 3 years’ experience in sales marketing at Coca Cola Company. He is a member of an old student union in Kokkuvil Hindu College. He also spends his spare time as the secretary of Kokkuvil west community center.
